    Friskvård Massage in Malmö

Your Swedish Friskvård benefit is meant to actually make you feel better — not get stuck in admin. All our massage treatments up to 1,000 SEK are approved by Skatteverket as Friskvård, and you get a clearly labelled receipt straight after your visit.

    What counts as Friskvård massage?

Skatteverket approves massage as Friskvård when each session costs at most 1,000 SEK and is delivered by a trained massage therapist. Our 45-min back/neck/shoulders massage and 60-min Swedish massage meet the criteria.

Longer treatments (Swedish Massage 90 min, Synergy Reset 120 min, Synergy Recovery Massage 90 min) are above the limit and are not covered by the Friskvård benefit under Skatteverket's rules — they are booked and paid for privately.

How do I use my Friskvård benefit?

    1. Book a treatment as normal. 2. Pay with Swish. 3. You receive a clear receipt by email. 4. Submit the receipt to your employer or upload it to the wellness system your employer uses.

No — only treatments that cost at most 1,000 SEK per session. All our short and mid-length massages fall within the limit.
Do I get a receipt right away?
Yes, a clearly labelled Friskvård receipt is emailed straight after the treatment.
How do I submit the receipt?
You submit the receipt to your employer or upload it to the wellness system your employer uses.
Can I use my Friskvård benefit for multiple shorter sessions?
Yes — often it's smarter to book several shorter massages (45 or 60 min) across the year than one long one. You get more out of your Friskvård budget.
