    Your statutory right of withdrawal first — then our own booking policy.

    Right of withdrawal (statutory)

    When you book online with us you enter a distance contract. Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59) you therefore have the following rights. They apply in addition to — and separately from — our own cancellation and rescheduling policy set out further down.

    • You have 14 days from your booking confirmation to withdraw, without giving a reason.
    • To exercise the right, email us at bokning@synergymassage.se or use the standard form below. Any clear statement works.
    • If you expressly asked for the treatment to be carried out during the 14-day withdrawal period (which you do when you confirm the booking) and it has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal ends.
    • If you withdraw after the treatment has begun but before it is finished, you pay a proportionate amount for what has already been performed.
    • We refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

    Standard withdrawal form

    Use the details below if you'd like to send a formal statement. Any clearly worded email or message that shows you wish to withdraw is equally valid.

    Cancellation and rescheduling (our own policy)

    This is Synergy Massage's own policy. It applies alongside — and cannot restrict — the statutory right of withdrawal above.

    • Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your appointment start time (Europe/Stockholm). Full refund to the original payment method.
    • For cancellations later than 24 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, the treatment price may be charged.
    • Rescheduling inside 24 hours counts as a late cancellation unless we approve an exception.
    • Acute illness: contact us and we'll consider the situation case by case. A short message is enough — we don't ask for a diagnosis, medical certificate or any health documentation.
    • If Synergy Massage cancels: full refund and priority when rebooking.
    • Refunds are initiated promptly by us; bank processing time may vary. Any payment-processing fees are absorbed by Synergy Massage.

    Gift Cards

    • Valid for 12 months from the issue date.
    • Redeemable in the booking flow — one gift card per booking.
    • Partial redemption: any remaining value stays on the card until expiry.
    • Cannot be combined with a promotion code or another gift card.
    • Gift cards bought online are covered by the same 14-day right of withdrawal described above, provided the gift card has not been redeemed. After the withdrawal period — or once the card has been redeemed — it has no cash value and is not refundable for cash.
    • Transferable to another person, but not for commercial resale.
    • Lost or forgotten code: contact us — we'll replace it if it hasn't been used.

    Promotion Codes

    • Promotion codes are issued by Synergy Massage for specific campaigns or customers.
    • One code per booking — cannot be combined with gift cards or other codes.
    • May be restricted to specific treatments, customers, dates, or minimum order values.
    • Have an expiry date and may have a usage limit.
    • Non-refundable and have no cash value.
    • We may pause or revoke a code at any time if it's used outside its intended purpose.

    The Synergy Founding 50 — offer terms

    • Promotion name: The Synergy Founding 50. Code: FOUNDING50.
    • Discount: 155 SEK off your first eligible individual studio treatment.
    • Limited to the first 50 eligible clients — one use per client.
    • The eligible treatment must normally be priced from 950 SEK.
    • Not valid on packages, mobile massage, standalone recovery technology (e.g. Normatec or red light therapy), add-ons, memberships, or the 45-minute treatment.
    • Cannot be combined with another offer, promotion code or gift card.
    • The discount must be applied during booking (the “Have a code?” field) and the discounted total is always shown before you confirm the booking.
    • The offer is valid while Founding 50 redemptions remain.

    Governing law and disputes

    • This contract is governed by Swedish law.
    • If a dispute arises we try to resolve it directly with you first. If we can't agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se, whose decisions we follow.
    • You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
