Terms & Policies

When card payment is available for your booking, you can pay the displayed final amount through Stripe. Booking confirmation and payment confirmation are separate. A booking request must be approved before payment is offered. Closing the payment page does not cancel your appointment; use your booking link or contact us to cancel under the terms below.

When you book online with us you enter a distance contract. Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59) you therefore have the following rights. They apply in addition to — and separately from — our own cancellation and rescheduling policy set out further down.

• You have 14 days from your booking confirmation to withdraw, without giving a reason.
• To exercise the right, email us at bokning@synergymassage.se or use the standard form below. Any clear statement works.
• If you expressly asked for the treatment to be carried out during the 14-day withdrawal period (which you do when you confirm the booking) and it has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal ends.
• If you withdraw after the treatment has begun but before it is finished, you pay a proportionate amount for what has already been performed.
• We refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

This is Synergy Massage's own policy. It applies alongside — and cannot restrict — the statutory right of withdrawal above.

• Available appointments at least 24 hours ahead are confirmed automatically. With less than 24 hours, but more than 2 hours, you send a request that needs our confirmation. At 2 hours or less, please call to arrange availability.
• A booking request is not a confirmed appointment. An unanswered request expires 2 hours before the treatment starts. Please come only after receiving our confirmation. Until we confirm the request, no payment is required and you can withdraw it free of charge. Declined or expired requests release any reserved discount or gift card balance without extending the original validity.
• For confirmed appointments: free cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before your appointment start time (Europe/Stockholm). Full refund to the original payment method.
• For cancellations later than 24 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, the treatment price may be charged.
• Rescheduling inside 24 hours counts as a late cancellation unless we approve an exception.
• Acute illness: contact us and we'll consider the situation case by case. A short message is enough — we don't ask for a diagnosis, medical certificate or any health documentation.
• If Synergy Massage cancels: full refund and priority when rebooking.
• Refunds are initiated promptly by us; bank processing time may vary. Any payment-processing fees are absorbed by Synergy Massage.

New sales are treatment vouchers: a voucher entitles the holder to ONE named treatment. Value gift cards purchased earlier (500 / 750 / 1000 kr) remain valid under the terms below.

• Treatment voucher: entitles the holder to the named treatment for 12 months from issue, with no surcharge if the menu price rises during the validity period.
• Redemption uses the treatment entitlement itself. A voucher is not a balance code: the current menu price is never deducted from an amount.
• Every voucher is issued with a redemption code, the named treatment and an expiry date.
• One voucher or gift card per booking. Cannot be combined with a promotion code.
• Vouchers and gift cards bought online are covered by the same 14-day right of withdrawal described above, provided they have not been redeemed. After the withdrawal period, or once redeemed, they have no cash value and are not refundable for cash.
• Earlier value gift cards: valid for 12 months from issue, redeemed in the booking flow, and on partial redemption any remaining value stays on the card until expiry. They are not converted to vouchers and not invalidated.
• Value gift cards are transferable to another person, but not for commercial resale.
• Lost or forgotten code: contact us and we'll replace it if it hasn't been used.

• A package is a one-time purchase of a set number of visits: no subscription, no automatic renewal and no monthly usage quota.
• Book your first visit within 30 days of purchase. Validity is counted from the first visit, and you receive a concrete end date when the package starts.
• Month-based validity means calendar months: a 3-month package started 10 October is valid through 10 January inclusive. All visits must take place before expiry; a booking alone is not enough.
• For the 4-visits-in-30-days package, all four appointments are planned together at purchase.
• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the visit: the visit is kept and can be used within the package's original validity. You are never charged both a lost visit and a second fee for the same visit.
• If Synergy has to cancel, you do not lose the visit; if needed, validity is extended so the visit can be used.
• Package prices cannot be combined with discount codes or other offers.

• Three plans: Essential Recovery 795 kr/month (4 visits), Consistent Recovery 1000 kr/month (8 visits), Performance Recovery 1495 kr/month (12 visits). All memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment.
• The monthly period starts on the day the membership is activated, not on the 1st of the calendar month. Example: activation on 23 September gives the period 23 September through 22 October inclusive; the next period starts 23 October.
• At each period start a fresh visit pool is granted for the plan. Unused visits expire with their period and do not carry over, and each visit must take place within the period it belongs to.
• A recovery visit is 45 minutes, the same for every plan. Technologies combined during the visit (Normatec 45 min, red light 20 min, the Hyperice shoulder device 20 min) run at the same time and use ONE visit.
• Massage is not included in the membership. Massage treatments are booked and paid separately at the plan's member discount: 5%, 10% or 15% respectively.

• Promotion codes are issued by Synergy Massage for specific campaigns or customers.
• One code per booking — cannot be combined with gift cards or other codes.
• May be restricted to specific treatments, customers, dates, or minimum order values.
• Have an expiry date and may have a usage limit.
• Non-refundable and have no cash value.
• We may pause or revoke a code at any time if it's used outside its intended purpose.

• The START155 opening promotion has ended and is no longer advertised. Bookings already confirmed keep their price, and personal 200 SEK codes already sent remain valid under the terms below.
• Both visits require at least 60 minutes of massage time. Qualifying signature experiences are included. Previously confirmed mobile massage bookings retain their eligibility under the original terms. New bookings are available only at the Limhamn studio. Recovery treatments and add-ons do not count towards massage time.
• After your first visit is completed and attendance confirmed, your personal, single-use 200 SEK code arrives by email, normally with your 24-hour follow-up. It applies to your next massage visit.
• Your next visit must take place within 60 calendar days of the first visit, by the date shown in your email. Book with the same email address. The code is personal and non-transferable.
• The offer cannot be combined with other discounts, gift cards or packages or exchanged for cash. Cancellation under our booking terms releases the same code without extending its expiry. Rescheduled visits must also fall within the validity period.
• Feedback and reviews are entirely optional. Your discount never depends on leaving a review or on the rating you give.
• Already booked your next visit? Contact me to apply the discount before payment or a sales document has been issued.

• The Synergy Founding 50 promotion (code FOUNDING50) has ended and can no longer be used for new bookings.
• Bookings already confirmed with the discount keep their agreed price, and previously redeemed discounts are unaffected.

• If a dispute arises we try to resolve it directly with you first. If we can't agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se, whose decisions we follow.
