These terms apply to Synergy Massage recovery memberships, in addition to our general terms. General terms
Minimum term and ending your membership
- Every membership has a 3-month minimum term from the activation date.
- After the minimum term, the membership continues month to month until you end it.
- The notice period is 1 month. Give notice by email to bokning@synergymassage.se. You may give notice during the minimum term, but it takes effect no earlier than the end of the 3 months.
Monthly periods and unused visits
- Each monthly period starts on your activation date, not the 1st of the month. Example: activation on 23 September gives the period 23 September–22 October.
- At the start of each period you receive 4, 8 or 12 recovery visits for your plan. One visit is 45 minutes.
- Unused visits expire when the period ends and do not carry over to the next period. They are not refunded.
Cancelling and moving visits
- Cancel or move a visit at least 24 hours before the booked time.
- If you cancel later, or don't show up, the visit counts as used.
- If we need to cancel a visit, you always get the visit back or a new time.
Payment and booking
- The membership is paid at the studio. Nothing is booked until we confirm your request.
- Visits are booked in advance. The membership is personal and cannot be transferred.
- The membership is a wellness and recovery service, not medical treatment.
