What's the difference between Swedish and deep relaxation massage?

Swedish massage is a flowing full body treatment with adjustable pressure — great for general tension and circulation. Deep relaxation is slower and more meditative, designed to calm the nervous system.

Should I choose 60 or 90 minutes?

Accepted Answer

60 minutes is enough for a solid full body treatment. Choose 90 minutes if you want extra time on tension areas (shoulders, back, hips) or simply want to sink deeper into the session.

Can I choose the pressure level?

Yes. We check in before the session and adjust as we go — from light and relaxing to firm and deep.

Can I use my Friskvård (wellness) benefit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Per Skatteverket's rules the Friskvård benefit covers massage up to 1,000 kr per treatment — for us back, neck & shoulders (45 min) and Swedish massage (60 min). You pay with Swish and receive a clear receipt to submit to your employer or upload to your employer's wellness system.

Synergy offers mobile massage across Malmö — at your home, hotel or office — and appointments in a private treatment room in Limhamn. For privacy, the street address is not published and is shared privately after the booking is confirmed.
